Another great find at the Thursday Canmore Market. MiniViet Frozen Vietnamese Cuisine has a stall selling gluten-free and dairy-free Vietnamese food.

This is a family run business. Father and son's names are combined to make the company name MiniViet. They have a website: miniviet.ca, you can find out more about them and they have an online shop.

I decided to try their pork gluten-free spring rolls. I love spring rolls, so I was very happy to see some gluten-free ones. Cost $16 CDN for 7 rolls.

Here they are cooked. I used my air fryer and they turned out well.

I've cut them in half, so that you can see the filling. My family really enjoyed them. The filling was so tasty and loved the crunch of the rice wrap.
